You'll apply fertilizers, herbicides, and lawn treatments while prioritizing safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Your Daily Impact Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other lawn care products safely and accurately. Operate, maintain, and calibrate spray equipment like a pro. Diagnose turf issues—identify weeds, pests, and diseases to keep lawns healthy. Maintain accurate records of applications and property notes. Read and follow pesticide labels and application instructions closely. Assist the team with mulch, pine straw, seasonal color, landscape maintenance, or snow removal as needed. Follow all company procedures and safety protocols. Represent Russell Landscape professionally and positively with customers and teammates. Communicate clearly with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations. What You Bring to the Table Valid driver's license and eligibility to drive for Russell Landscape. Lawn care, landscaping, or agricultural experience preferred. Knowledge of mixing and applying pesticides according to programs. Licensed Certified Pest Control Operator (CPCO) in the state of Florida Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully. Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to make things grow!
