Responsibilities Design and implement engaging Montessori curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of preschool and toddler-aged children Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that promotes independence, curiosity, and respect for each child's unique learning style Lead daily lesson planning with a focus on literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional development Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and proactive behavior management strategies Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and developmental milestones clearly and transparently Oversee classroom activities that support early intervention strategies and special education needs when applicable Maintain accurate records of student assessments, standardized testing results, and individualized education plans (IEPs) if necessary Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and uphold the highest standards of child welfare and safety at all times Experience Proven classroom management skills with experience working with children in early childhood education settings Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development within a Montessori or similar educational framework Prior experience with preschool or daycare environments, including toddler care and private school settings Strong understanding of childhood development theories and practices related to early intervention and special education Familiarity with teaching physical education, tutoring techniques, and literacy education methods Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners Experience utilizing standardized testing tools to assess student progress and inform instruction Background in classroom experience involving lesson planning for diverse learners across age groups in early childhood education Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms young lives through innovative teaching methods rooted in Montessori philosophy.
