Flowery Grove Montessori School is seeking a caring, dependable, and experienced Montessori Primary Lead Teacher to join our team and lead our Primary classroom (ages 3-6) .
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a Montessori Primary classroom Prepare and maintain an organized Montessori environment Plan and present age-appropriate Montessori lessons Observe and support each child's individual development Maintain positive communication with parents and staff Support a safe, nurturing, and respectful classroom environment
Qualifications:
Montessori Primary (3-6) credential required Previous Montessori or early childhood teaching experience Strong classroom management and communication skills Reliable, patient, organized, and passionate about working with young children Must meet Georgia childcare background check and training requirements We are looking for someone who genuinely understands the Montessori philosophy and is excited to help children develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning .
