Knowledge of special education needs, early intervention practices, and childhood development theories. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners effectively. Demonstrated ability to manage behavior positively while fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse learning needs. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional credentials in childhood development or special education are preferred. Prior experience working in private schools or similar educational institutions is advantageous.
