Knowledge of child development principles, childhood development milestones, and early intervention techniques. Certification or training in early childhood education or Montessori methods is preferred; familiarity with standardized testing and literacy education is a plus. Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development best practices across multiple domains such as math, literacy, physical education, and social-emotional learning. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators. Certification in first aid and CPR is required to ensure child safety at all times.
