Elementary School Teacher

Bachelor's degree in Education, valid state Teaching license or certification, and 1+ years Teaching experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Elementary School Teacher - Upcoming School Year Jefferson Parish Public Schools is anticipating full-time Elementary School Teacher openings for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with state standards Create a positive and structured classroom environment Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly Collaborate with staff, administrators, and families to support student success Maintain accurate records and classroom documentation

Experience:

Previous teaching or classroom experience preferred, but not required Education /

Licensure:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Active or eligible Louisiana Teaching Certificate (Elementary Education) Licensing assistance available for qualified candidates

Compensation and Details:

Average pay range: $25-$35 per hour (based on experience and assignment)
