Our mission is to provide students with a high-quality academic education while nurturing Islamic identity, strong character, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to excellence. We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and student-centered teacher to join our school community starting August 27th, 2026. The ideal candidate is an educator who believes in the potential of every student, values collaboration, and is committed to creating a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. Foster a positive classroom environment through effective behavior management strategies and engaging instructional techniques. Monitor student progress regularly using formative and summative assessments, analyzing performance data to tailor instruction accordingly. Incorporate educational technology tools and learning resources to enhance student engagement and understanding. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, school initiatives, and student support programs to ensure cohesive educational experiences. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and developmental milestones through regular updates and conferences. Support students with special needs or those requiring early intervention by adapting lessons and collaborating with specialists as needed.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Strong communication, organizational, and classroom-management skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional team. Commitment to supporting the academic, social, and character development of students. Previous classroom teaching experience.
Preferred:
