Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; advanced certifications or specialized training in early childhood education or Montessori methods is highly desirable. Proven classroom experience working with elementary-aged students across diverse backgrounds. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and best practices in early intervention and behavior management. Experience with special education strategies, including working with children with autism or other exceptionalities. Proficiency in learning technology tools and digital resources for teaching and assessment purposes. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators. Demonstrated ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math skills, physical education, and library services.
