Qualifications Proven classroom experience teaching elementary school students, particularly in 3rd and 4th grades. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and students. Skilled in curriculum implementation, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management strategies. Familiarity with educational technology integration and learning technology tools to support instruction. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and monitor student progress using data analysis. Knowledge of educational compliance regulations and experience working in private or Montessori school settings is a plus. Must be certified or in an alternative route to certification program.
