Key Qualifications and Experience:

Active teaching certification for elementary/General Education (required) Previous experience as a General Education or elementary classroom teacher preferred Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning atmosphere Effective communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and engaging with students and families Dedication to student growth, adapting instruction for diverse learners

Role Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards Build a welcoming, inclusive classroom community where each student feels valued and supported Assess student progress and adjust lessons to meet individual and classroom needs Maintain an organized learning environment and uphold school policies and expectations Collaborate with grade-level teams, specialists, and support staff to promote student achievement

Scheduling Details:
