Education:
Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (or a related field).
Certification:
Hold a NH Educator Certification in Elementary Education, or be eligible for a site-based learning plan as demonstrated by a Statement of Eligibility (SOE).
Job Goals:
The teacher stays up to date with elementary curriculum content, effectively planning engaging instruction, assessing student growth, and monitoring understanding. The teacher establishes a positive, welcoming, and well-managed classroom environment while maintaining clear, supportive communication with young learners. Using age-appropriate instructional techniques, the teacher continually evaluates and refines teaching strategies to meet diverse needs. Additionally, the teacher fulfills professional responsibilities by collaborating with grade-level and school-wide teams to accomplish school and district-level goals and policies.
