Mission Possible Montessori is looking for an experienced Montessori educator to join our Primary classroom beginning December 2026. Our Primary classroom serves children ages 3-5 in a mixed-age Montessori environment. This is an assigned classroom, not a rotating childcare position. You'll work consistently with the same children and families, take real ownership of your environment, and have the opportunity to truly know the students you teach. Strong Montessori classroom experience is highly desired. We care much more about your actual experience and understanding of Montessori than a particular certification. What You'll Do Prepare and maintain a beautiful, purposeful Montessori environment Present lessons and materials based on each child's readiness Observe and track student growth and progress Support independence, practical life, grace and courtesy, and classroom responsibility Maintain consistent classroom rhythms and expectations Communicate thoughtfully with families Work closely with your classroom teammate and the larger MPM team What Makes a Great MPM Team Member We're small, so every person on our team matters. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, follows through, is open to feedback, notices what needs to be done, and genuinely wants to contribute to the whole school, not just their own classroom. You should care about the details: how your environment looks, how you speak to children, how families are treated, and the energy you bring into the classroom each day.
