DeSales is looking to hire an elementary teachers for grade 4. The successful candidate will be asked to do the following: Plan and deliver lessons that align with state and Diocesan curriculum standards. Develop and implement engaging instructional strategies that meet the diverse learning needs of students. Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians. Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment. Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to plan and coordinate instruction and activities. Participate in professional development and stay current on new teaching strategies, technologies, and curriculum changes.
