Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating differentiated instruction to meet individual student needs. Monitor and assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly. Create a dynamic classroom environment that promotes active learning, positive behavior management, and respect among students. Integrate educational technology tools and learning technology resources to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement. Collaborate with fellow teachers, specialists, and support staff to develop interdisciplinary projects, share best practices, and support student success. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and developmental milestones through regular updates and meetings. Support early childhood education principles by fostering social-emotional development, literacy education, math skills, and physical activity such as experience teaching physical education. Maintain accurate records of student performance data analysis, attendance, behavioral incidents, and other relevant documentation in compliance with educational regulations. Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development. Qualifications Proven classroom experience in elementary school settings with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Experience working with children across various learning styles and adaptability to diverse classroom environments. Strong communication skills for effective parent-teacher collaboration and team-based teaching approaches. Knowledge of educational technology integration tools to support literacy education, math instruction, and special education accommodations. Ability to manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management techniques while fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Commitment to ongoing professional growth through mentoring opportunities or participation in teacher collaboration initiatives.
