St. James the Less Catholic School Columbus, OH Job Details Full-time From $43,000 a year 21 hours ago Qualifications Teaching Certification Bachelor's degree Curriculum implementation Student support Elementary school teaching experience Classroom community building Full Job Description St. James the Less School, located at 1628 Oakland Park Avenue in Columbus, is seeking a full-time 2nd Grade Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year.
SALARY:
Starts at $42,250 but is based on level of education and years of experience in the classroom.
QUALIFICATIONS
Appropriate state certification/license: as required by the grade levels and subjects taught Religious Education certification as required by the diocese

JOB GOAL
To assist students in mastering the skills and information in the school curriculum while helping them to grow in faith and responsibility.

Teachers assume responsibility for their professional academic/spiritual growth, performance, and involvement as an individual and as a member of a Catholic learning community.
