Practicing Catholic Preferred Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental needs. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective behavior management strategies and classroom organization techniques. Use educational technology tools to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement. Monitor student progress regularly by analyzing performance data and adjusting instruction accordingly to ensure academic growth. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to design interdisciplinary activities that promote holistic development. Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates on student achievements, challenges, and upcoming activities. Skills Proven experience teaching young children in early childhood or elementary settings, with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Expertise in curriculum development, implementation, and assessment techniques including standardized testing and formative evaluations. Proficiency in learning technology integration, digital tools, and educational software to facilitate innovative teaching methods. Excellent communication skills for clear parent-teacher interactions and team collaboration. Strong classroom management skills combined with behavior management strategies to maintain a safe and respectful environment. Ability to differentiate instruction based on individual learning styles and student performance data analysis. Knowledge of literacy education, math instruction, early intervention strategies, and library services integration.
