Experience Proven classroom experience working with young children in an early childhood or elementary school setting. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum implementation across subjects such as literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning. Experience working with students with diverse learning needs, including those requiring special education or behavioral support. Familiarity with educational technology tools used for lesson planning, student assessment, and classroom management. Prior involvement in mentoring or collaborating with fellow educators to improve instructional practices. Knowledge of childhood development principles, standardized testing procedures, and regulatory compliance for early childhood education programs. Experience working within private schools or Montessori environments is a plus but not required.
