Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment. Assess student progress in literacy and math, providing individualized support as needed. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student development. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Collaborate with special education staff to support diverse learning needs.

Requirements :
