In this role, you will design and deliver age-appropriate lessons, support social-emotional development, and differentiate instruction to meet diverse needs. You'll collaborate with families and staff, maintain a positive and inclusive classroom culture, and participate in ongoing professional development to continuously enhance the learning experience. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons for elementary students. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs. Communicate regularly with families about student growth and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership on curriculum and student support. Manage classroom behavior using positive, developmentally appropriate strategies. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and reports. Participate in professional development and training to enhance teaching practice.
