Building Principal Central Linn School District is seeking a student-centered, dynamic educator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated staff, engaged students, and a supportive community to enhance teaching and learning. Central Linn Elementary serves approximately 250 students from the communities of Halsey, Brownsville, Shedd, and Peoria in Oregon's Willamette Valley. Our close-knit, small-town setting provides convenient access to Corvallis and Eugene (about 30 minutes away) and is within 90 minutes of both the Oregon Coast and the Cascade Mountains.
POSITION SUMMARY
The K-6 Elementary Teacher will create a vibrant, inclusive classroom that supports the development of the whole child—intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically. This educator will design engaging instruction using a constructivist approach, implement meaningful assessments to guide instruction, and foster strong partnerships with students, families, and colleagues. Participation in school activities, meetings, and professional collaboration is expected. $46,004 - $94,620 (depending on experience)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Valid Oregon Teaching License with Elementary level endorsement issued by the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC), or ability to obtain. Ability to build positive, productive relationships with students, staff, and families Commitment to individualized instruction and high expectations for all learners Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
