What You'll Do Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that meet program and academy standards Bring learning to life through hands-on activities, music, movement, stories, technology, and play Provide individualized support that builds each child's curiosity, confidence, and independence Observe, document, and assess student development and provide timely feedback Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom Create a positive classroom culture that supports children's social-emotional development Communicate regularly and professionally with families about their child's progress Collaborate with fellow teachers, school leadership, and program partners Plan meaningful indoor and outdoor learning experiences Recognize and report developmental, behavioral, or safety concerns when appropriate Participate in training, workshops, and ongoing professional development Follow all licensing, health, safety, and First Steps 4K requirements What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and understands that every interaction is an opportunity to help a child learn and grow.

You should be:
