Duties Develop and implement comprehensive curricula tailored to diverse learning styles and individual student needs. Deliver engaging online and in-person lessons across subjects such as mathematics, science, English language arts, and test preparation (e.g., SAT). Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate students from various cultural backgrounds and with special educational needs. Utilize innovative learning technology tools to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement. Provide constructive feedback and progress reports to students and parents to support continuous improvement. Manage classroom or virtual learning environments effectively, ensuring a positive and respectful atmosphere. Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum enhancements and participate in ongoing professional development. Skills Proven experience in curriculum development and lesson planning across multiple subjects. Strong knowledge of learning technology platforms and online instruction techniques. Expertise in tutoring science, mathematics, English language arts, or test preparation such as SAT coaching. Ability to adapt instructional methods based on individual learning styles and student needs. Excellent communication skills for engaging students, parents, and team members effectively. Classroom management skills with experience working with children, preschoolers, or adult learners. Familiarity with special education practices and early childhood education principles.
