Little Learners Literacy Academy is seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and qualified Private School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality instruction, maintaining a structured and supportive classroom, and partnering with families to help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

Qualifications:

Must have valid teaching credentials or be at test-taking status toward certification/licensure Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred Previous classroom experience preferred Strong classroom management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Passion for working with children and supporting academic growth Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging lessons Create a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment Monitor and document student progress Communicate effectively with parents and school leadership Maintain classroom organization and instructional materials Support students' academic, social, and emotional development Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development
