This position will involve tutoring, physical education, and daycare duties, with a focus on child welfare .
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with state standards
  • Provide individualized instruction to students who need extra support
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Valid Montessori teaching certification
  • Experience working with children in a classroom setting
  • Strong knowledge of Montessori curriculum and teaching methods
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
