Overview We are looking for a warm, dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities Plan and lead age-appropriate lessons that build early literacy, math, and social skills; manage a classroom environment that's both structured and joyful; communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress; and collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a consistent, high-quality program across the school. Incorporate special education strategies and work with students with diverse needs, including those requiring early intervention or autism support. Qualifications Child Development Associate (CDA) credential Bachelor's or Master's in Early Childhood Education or a related field 3+ years of proven classroom experience working with young children in an educational setting Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, literacy education, math fundamentals, and standardized testing procedures. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse families Familiarity with special education practices, including working with children with autism or other developmental needs.
