Rutland Intermediate School is seeking a professional and child-centered elementary teacher. The applicant must have a strong background in literacy, mathematics, and working within a professional learning community. Experience with Response to Intervention, Restorative Practices, and PBIS will be viewed favorably. Strong candidates will also possess the ability to make formative and data-based adjustments to whole-group and small-group classroom instruction, differentiate instruction effectively, and work cooperatively with colleagues. A Vermont license is necessary. The position begins on August 20, 2026.
