Description :
The University of Houston-Downtown is inviting applications for adjunct faculty positions within the Department of Computer Science and Engineering Technology. The successful candidates will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in engineering technology. For the Control and Instrumentation program, we are seeking candidates with a degree in Chemical or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology. For the Structural Analysis and Design program, we are seeking candidates with a degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering Technology.
Qualifications :
A Master's degree in Engineering or a Master's degree with at least 18 graduate-level credit hours in engineering courses. A minimum of three years of relevant industry experience in the United States. All positions at the University of Houston-System are security sensitive and will require a criminal history check.
