The Department of Industrial Engineering(INE) in the College of Engineering at American University of Sharjah (AUS)invites applications for visiting and regular faculty positions at the assistant, associate or full professor level commencing in the Fall2027 Semester. Successful candidates for the regular positions will be expected to establish high-level, active research programs supportedby internal and external funding sources. The visiting position is a one-year renewable contract, and the regular position is a three-yearrenewable contract. The applicant is required to have a PhD in Industrial Engineering and show evidence of a significant teachingportfolio. Excellence in teaching and research, in addition to experience in the American model of higher education, are highlydesirable.
