The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English language education, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to adapt instruction to meet individual student needs. Candidates with at least two years of teaching experience are strongly preferred. Current or former public school teachers are especially encouraged to apply. A degree in English, Education, ESL/TESOL, Linguistics, Literature, or another related field is preferred. Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging English lessons based on students' academic levels and learning goals Create lesson plans, instructional materials, assignments, and assessments Provide individualized instruction and modify teaching strategies based on student needs Teach students in both in-person and online settings Use educational technology, multimedia resources, and online learning platforms to enhance instruction Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents Maintain a positive, organized, and engaging classroom environment Support students in developing reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and overall English language skills Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, ESL/TESOL, Linguistics, Literature, or a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience preferred Current or previous teaching experience in a public or private school is highly preferred Strong English communication, writing, and instructional skills Experience developing lesson plans and instructional materials Strong classroom management skills Ability to work with students of different ages, academic levels, and learning styles Experience with ESL, English Language Arts, reading, writing, or academic English instruction is a plus Comfortable using online teaching platforms, video conferencing software, and educational technology Responsible, patient, professional, and passionate about education Join our team and help students strengthen their English skills, build academic confidence, and achieve their educational goals.
