Job Summary Job Summary Oakland School for the Arts seeks passionate and creative Step It Up Creative Writing Instructors to provide engaging arts instruction to students in grades 5-8 through OSA's Step It Up after-school arts access program. The Step It Up Creative Writing Instructor will design and facilitate a 10-session instructional unit that introduces students to foundational skills, creative exploration, and artistic expression within their discipline. Instructors will develop their own curriculum, including lesson plans, scope and sequence, and instructional objectives, which must be reviewed and approved by the Director of Enrollment prior to the start of instruction.
