Responsibilities Teach English group classes and/or personalised 1-to-1 lessons based on your experience and teaching assignments. Deliver engaging lessons using Premier Academy's curriculum and teaching materials. Support students ranging from elementary and middle school English to High School and AP English. Develop students' reading comprehension, academic writing, grammar, vocabulary, critical thinking, and communication skills. Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and the management team. Adapt teaching strategies to meet each student's learning needs and academic goals. Create a positive, encouraging, and engaging learning environment. Support placement assessments, workshops, and other academic programmes when needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or higher) in English, Education, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience. Well-organised, reliable, professional, and punctual. Comfortable teaching one or more English programmes based on your experience.
