Job Description:
As a teacher, you will be providing reading and writing instruction in a small classroom setting of 4-8 students using TLG curriculum. Students are in grades K- 12.
Classes:
TLG Classes are Monday- Friday @ 3pm-8pm, Saturday @ 9am-8pm and Sunday @ 9am-2pm.
Responsibilities:
- Read, edit and provide feedback for student compositions
- Monitor and manage student behavior in classroom
- Provide reading/writing lessons
- Lead guided reading and book discussions
- Communicate with students and parents
- Communicate with TLG staff Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in English or related major
- Excellent reading and writing skills
- Experience working with K
- 12 grade students
- Experience teaching online and in classroom setting
