Job Description

Yampah Mountain High School ELA Advisor General Description of the Role Advisors provide direct instruction and case management to guide each student to create a personalized learning plan for graduation or to meet goals on their Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and to access the varied options of the menu-driven curriculum. An Advisor has dual responsibility for supporting students toward both academic and affective achievement. Advisors are assigned to students upon enrollment and work directly with the student through graduation, supporting the development of relationships between faculty and students.
