Job Description

Language Arts Teacher International Studies Charter School (ISCHS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Language Arts Teacher for our Grades 6-8th in Miami, FL . Our school provides a safe, nurturing, and fun learning environment for students. We are currently seeking candidates who are reliable, flexible, and enjoy working with children.
Qualifications:
Minimum of an associate's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) from an accredited college or university in the subject area(s) of language arts; or completion of a program which provides advanced language teaching skills. A minimum of one year of full-time teaching experience with children (preferably in a school setting) is required. Must possess effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with students and colleagues. Must be able to comply with all applicable school policies and procedures in connection with the provision of education. Must be able to comply with all state licensing requirements for teaching credentials.
