(Grades K-8) Average caseload of 30 students. Can implement curriculum, has superior content knowledge, and multiple literacy concepts while being fluent in Spanish.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons that meet the academic needs of diverse learners. Develop and implement interactive English lesson plans tailored to diverse proficiency levels and cultural backgrounds. Assess student progress regularly in reading, writing, listening, and speaking through targeted quizzes and formal evaluations Create Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs) using language acquisition data to support specific student growth goals. Facilitate conversational practice sessions to improve pronunciation, vocabulary retention, and everyday fluency. Collaborate with faculty members and administrators to share best practices and integrate language support across subjects. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and behavioral interventions while communicating progress with families.
