651-400-1781 www.cpathmn.org Our small and nurturing school is seeking an ELA Secondary Teacher to join our teacher-led team. We will provide Developmental Designs training. Our class sizes are small and we have an awesome team of talented teachers who have a passion for student centered learning. We welcome newly licensed and experienced teachers to apply and will provide coaching and professional development.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Career Pathways has an opening for a Full Time English Language Arts Teacher. This teacher leader will support an advisory and lead classes based on MN ELA Standards for 4 mixed age classes. Experiential teaching and experience in an urban school setting is a plus. We serve children in grades 6 through 12.
Salary Range:
Commensurate with Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Current MN Secondary Level Teaching License with certification in Communication Arts/Literature. Career Pathways is willing to assist with licensure in some circumstances.
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
English as a Second Language or Reading Licensure. Completed READ Act training. Middle and high school advising and graduation planning experience Training and Experience with Developmental Designs classroom management Right Response or other de-escalation training
