endorsement required Strong instructional, classroom management, and communication skills Experience supporting multicultural and multilingual student populations preferred Position Overview The ELL/ESL Teacher will provide specialized instruction and language support to English Language Learners while collaborating with classroom teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success. The ideal candidate is committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment and supporting the academic growth of students from diverse backgrounds. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Conduct daily and long-range planning for classroom and instructional activities. Deliver engaging, standards-based lessons using effective teaching strategies and instructional practices. Assess and monitor student progress toward academic and language development goals. Differentiate instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles. Create and maintain a positive, supportive classroom environment conducive to learning. Manage student behavior using effective classroom management techniques. Build positive relationships with students and encourage academic achievement. Communicate student progress, needs, and concerns with parents and guardians. Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and support staff. Follow all district policies, regulations, and procedures. Participate in school activities and responsibilities outside the classroom as assigned. Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional growth and development. Perform additional duties as assigned by the building principal or designee. Why Apply?
