Assess student progress through standardized testing, formative assessments, and project-based evaluations; provide constructive feedback. Experience Proven classroom experience teaching English or language arts at the middle school or high school level. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and lesson planning for diverse student populations. Strong background in journalism, creative writing, or linguistics enhances instructional versatility. Experience working with students of varying abilities, including those with special education needs or behavioral challenges. Familiarity with higher education teaching methods or private school environments is advantageous. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and educational administration practices supports effective student assessment and recordkeeping.
