Position Overview:

Alignstaffing is seeking a passionate and dedicated EHS Lead Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will help create a dynamic and engaging classroom environment that supports student learning, growth, and development. The ideal candidate is an experienced educator who can manage diverse learning needs, maintain a structured classroom, and build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster a classroom culture of high achievement and student ownership that promotes intellectual, social, and emotional development. Deliver daily instruction with clear learning outcomes , well-structured lessons, and high-quality assessments aligned with early education standards. Integrate creative and hands-on learning activities that broaden student exposure, encourage problem-solving, and build critical thinking skills. Maintain an organized and resource-rich learning environment , showcasing student work and reinforcing curriculum standards. Communicate effectively with students to understand their talents, interests, and needs, while setting clear learning expectations. Build strong family engagement through regular communication about students' progress, achievements, and areas for growth. Collaborate with other educators and staff during team meetings, data analysis sessions, and professional development opportunities. Maintain professional boundaries with students (e.g., no sharing of personal social media accounts or personal contact information). Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution (required). Master's Degree (preferred).
