Responsibilities The successful candidate will Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate English Language Arts lessons that foster a love of reading, writing, literature, and critical thinking. Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment where students feel encouraged to participate, express themselves, and succeed. Assess student learning through a variety of formative and summative assessments, providing timely, constructive feedback to students and families. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of all students. Inspire students to become confident readers, thoughtful writers, and effective communicators while recognizing their achievements and supporting them through challenges. Maintain effective classroom management while fostering respect, responsibility, collaboration, and Christian values.
