Summary:

Primary responsibility is to teach English at the high school level.

Qualifications:

Applicants must be eligible for a Virginia teaching license with an English endorsement. License eligibility may be met through any of the following routes: Completed an approved teacher preparation program in English; Hold a bachelor's degree in English from an accredited institute;

Salary:

Range based on the 2026-2027 Teacher Salary Scale is $54,590 - $85,329 with additional supplemental pay for a graduate degree. Fully licensed successful candidate is eligible for a $5,000 signing incentive.
