Montessori Assistant Guide Gulf Breeze Montessori is looking for a caring, reliable Montessori Assistant Guide to join our team! This position supports our Toddler classroom in the mornings and our mixed-age aftercare program in the afternoons. It's a great fit for someone who loves working with young children and enjoys being part of a warm, collaborative, growing school community. Schedule & Pay Morning (3-6 Classroom): 8:15 AM - 11 AM Afternoon (Aftercare, Mixed Ages): 12 PM - 5:15

Starting at $16/hour, based on experience Generous paid time off Weekends and Evenings off What You'll Do Support the Lead Guide in our Toddler classroom, helping children feel safe, independent, and confident Assist with daily routines such as snack, toileting, nap transitions, and outdoor play Help maintain a calm, clean, and prepared Montessori environment Supervise children during aftercare, which includes a mixed-age group Encourage kindness, cooperation, and positive social interactions Be an extra set of caring, attentive eyes and hands for our students What We're Looking For Experience working with young children is preferred (Montessori experience is a plus, but not required) Patient, nurturing, and dependable Comfortable working with toddlers and older children Willing to learn and grow within a Montessori setting Team-oriented with a positive attitude Able to meet state and local requirements for working with children Why Gulf Breeze Montessori?
