Job Description
Thank you for your interest in working with Keller ISD to fulfill your student teaching/clinical teaching requirements. We welcome the opportunity to assist students in their future teaching endeavors. After you complete this application and have cleared a background check: Human Resources will work directly with the campus principals in the placement of student teachers. An authorization with campus assignment(s) will be emailed to the candidate, mentor teachers, supervisor, and principal once approval has been granted. Candidates are then able to contact the assigned campus and cooperating teacher(s). A picture ID and the HR-approved authorization email must be provided to the campus upon initial reporting for student teaching. All student teaching/clinical teaching students are required to attend a Keller ISD Student Teacher Orientation.
