Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning across diverse clinical settings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and utilize advanced clinical skills in a dynamic environment. The successful applicant will demonstrate proficiency in medical documentation, EMR/EHR systems, and possess a strong commitment to patient-centered care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status and develop appropriate treatment plans. Prescribe medications and manage treatment regimens in compliance with state regulations and collaborative practice agreements. Utilize EMR systems such as Dr Chrono documentation of patient encounters and medical records management. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Provide telehealth consultations to expand access to care while maintaining high standards of clinical practice. Engage in patient education on health coaching, medication administration, nutrition, and disease prevention strategies.
