Utilize EMR systems such as Dr Chrono documentation of patient encounters and medical records management. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Provide telehealth consultations to expand access to care while maintaining high standards of clinical practice. Engage in patient education on health coaching, medication administration, nutrition, and disease prevention strategies.
