What you will be doing:
You'll be responsible for the career technical training instruction per approved curricula. Providing students with training and basic guidance and direction to help students achieve their technical training goals with government and management directives.
Essential functions:
Provide students with direction, instruction, and assistance in designated areas of instruction. Motivate and counsel students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits. Develop and prepare lessons in accordance with approved curriculum guidelines, recommend curricula changes and supplemental materials. Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports. Maintain organized, clean, and safe training environment. Participate in student assessment panels, perform required documentation and evaluation using CIS (Center Information System) and other documentation systems.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Certified medical assistant, EKG technician and/or phlebotomy technician from a professional organization. Three (3) years of related work experience. A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
