At Arkansas Early Learning (AEL), we believe every child deserves an opportunity to succeed, no matter their circumstances. AEL was established to serve the most vulnerable children ages birth to five and their families throughout the State of Arkansas. We provide transformational learning programs to vulnerable children within a childcare setting. We offer FREE Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K childcare/daycare programs serving 11 counties with numerous centers across the state of Arkansas. AEL is more than just daycare! We are educators, even as early as 6 weeks old we are implementing an education curriculum. We also offer a variety of child and family support services in a loving, caring, and safe environment. NOW HIRINg an education manager:
Under the direction of the Regional Program Director, the Education Manager provides content area expertise and assists in the development, implementation, and oversight of a quality program in the Agency service area, assuring compliance with standards and regulations as they relate to education and early childhood development. Education and/or Experience Bachelors or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education Bachelors or advanced degree and coursework equivalent to a major relating to early childhood education, with experience teaching infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children. 1-3 years of prior job related experience is preferred.
