Job Description
Harbor Village is seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Admissions Director to lead and manage the admissions process for our organization. The Admissions Director is responsible for generating referrals, managing inquiries, coordinating admissions, maintaining relationships with referral sources, and ensuring a seamless transition for prospective residents, patients, or participants. Key Responsibilities Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry through admission. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral sources. Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective residents, families, and referral partners. Conduct assessments and determine eligibility for admission. Coordinate admissions with interdisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. Track admission metrics and prepare reports for leadership. Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to increase census and admissions. Represent the organization at networking events, community meetings, and industry functions. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and referral partners. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, Social Work, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years of admissions, healthcare marketing, business development, or related experience. Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and admissions processes preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/EHR systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if required.
