Dean of Enrollment and Marketing Goldey-Beacom College Summary :
Goldey‑Beacom College invites applications for the position of Dean of Enrollment and Marketing, a senior administrative role that serves as the College's chief strategist and senior leader for recruitment, student financial aid, and marketing. The position provides vision, leadership and accountability for achieving the College's enrollment, net tuition revenue, and market positioning. The Dean develops and directs strategies to support the College's long-term sustainability and growth. The Dean supervises the Directors of Admissions, Marketing and Financial Aid, ensuring alignment of departmental priorities and institutional goals established by the President and the Executive Leadership Team. Primary Responsibilities Serve as the College's senior enrollment officer and principal advisor to the President regarding enrollment strategy, market position, prospective student demand, pricing strategy, and demographic trends. Develop and recommend recruitment and revenue objectives that support the College's strategic plan and financial sustainability. Lead the integration of admissions, financial aid, and marketing, into a unified strategic framework that meets annual recruitment and net revenue goals. Identify emerging risks and opportunities affecting enrollment and recommend strategic responses. Lead transformational initiatives designed to enhance recruitment effectiveness and market competitiveness. Provide strategic leadership toward measurable outcomes for Admissions, Marketing and Student Financial Aid. Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and assist the President in strategic planning, decision making, crisis management, and communication. Develop and execute a comprehensive, innovative, data-informed enrollment strategy for undergraduate, adult learning and graduate programs for both domestic and international students. Advance sustainable enrollment growth while meeting net tuition revenue and student headcount goals. Utilize market research and predictive analytics to inform recruitment strategies and territory management. Utilize analytics and data to inform recruitment strategies, optimize marketing campaigns and assess financial aid effectiveness. Collaborate with key stakeholders in developing and proactively adjusting recruitment plans and strategies based on data analysis, review of application and enrollment trends and other metrics to effectively reach student enrollment and retention goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree with at least eight years of experience in a related field. At least five years of progressively responsible experience in admissions, enrollment management, student financial services or a related field in higher education. Supervisory experience overseeing multiple staff and departments. Knowledge of services, as well as state and federal regulations supporting a comprehensive recruitment, admissions and financial aid program. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to the College's philosophy of customer service, continuous improvement, and community engagement.
