Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced School Principal/Administrator to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a school and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education to students. This role is critical in shaping the future of our students and requires an individual who is dedicated to education and committed to making a positive impact on their lives.
Duties:
  • Oversee the entire school operation, including teaching, learning, and student support.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain school policies and programs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of classrooms, playgrounds, and facilities to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Ensure that the curriculum is relevant, engaging, and meets the needs of all students.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to promote a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Develop and manage school budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support student learning.
  • Support teachers in their instructional practices and provide coaching and mentoring where needed.
  • Handle student discipline and manage student behavior in line with school policies.
  • Monitor student progress and provide support to students who are struggling.
  • Represent the school at community events and meetings, promoting the school's vision and values.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
  • Experience in education administration.
  • Proven track record of leading a school or educational institution.
  • Experience working with students and a deep understanding of the needs of diverse learners.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to educate and guide staff and students on school policies and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in education.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$55,000.00
  • $75,000.
