We are now hiring an After School Program Director who has the following skills:

• Attending weekly and quarterly staff trainings.
• Leading weekly staff trainings.
• Supporting coaching staff and filling in as required.
• Opening and or closing facility
• Completing end of day director checklist
• Assisting team with cleaning duties to ensure "tour readiness."
• Maintain positive parent, student, and staff, relationships.
• Ensure all equipment, crafts, and cleaning supplies are stocked.
• Make staff schedules and report hours worked.
• Updating social media 2x per day.
• Report any maintenance or facility issues.
• Make sure that daily schedules are being followed.
• Host end of day dismissal for students.
• Give tours to new prospects.
• Answer and educate prospects on programs.
• Daily debrief with CEO Our motto is "Who's Awesome

• Must have a clean criminal background and pass a background screening.
• Must be over the age of 21.
• Must have experience working with a Director position
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude for success! :)
• Must own a smartphone or computer for regular text and email communication.
